Antique NATIVE AMERICAN PORTRAIT, Pencil/Charcoal-SUPERB

I am unsure as to who drew this but it is extremely well done! There is some lettering on the bottom but it is difficult to make any sense out of it-see photos. I suspect this was created in the early to mid-20th century but I am not 100% positive.
A VERY AWESOME portrait that will look amazing once professionally framed!
Matte measures 14 1/2” x 17” and drawing measures 11 1/2” x 14 1/4”
Found at an estate sale.
CONDITION: There is one tiny hole(see photos) and foxing on the background areas and some minor foxing on the drawing. Otherwise, good.
