I am a part time seller. I make an effort to package things properly (using redcycled materials at no charge to buyer) and mail things quickly.
Please understand that at my post office they do not upload the shipping label scans to the system right away, sometimes only days later and it seems I have not mailed the package while actually it is on the way. I notify buyers when I will mail the item and 99% of the time I hold to that schedule.
