genuine carved shell
cameo brooch.
The measurement of the brooch  is  46mmx34mm .  The cameo itself measures 31mmx23mm. The brooch has
different tones of patina.  It is in excellent vintage pre-owned condition.
To avoid any damage of the item, the deep cleaning of the jewelry is responsible of the buyer.
